February PHCC Monthly Meeting

Our February meeting will bring together HOAs, neighborhood leaders, and community organizations for a focused conversation on civic advocacy and collaboration. This is an opportunity to introduce your organization, connect with neighbors, and align around shared priorities such as infrastructure, safety, zoning, quality of life, and public services.

Pine Hills / Robinswood Community Hiring Fair

PHCC is proud to partner with Robinswood Middle School to host a Community Hiring Fair focused on access, opportunity, and pathways to stability. Job seekers will meet employers who are actively hiring and receive resume and cover letter support in one place.

PHCC Community Clean-Up | Honoring Black History Month

Join PHCC in partnership with the United Foundation of Central Florida, Our Mothers Village, Inc., and New Life Ministries World Outreach Center, Inc. for a Community Clean-Up honoring Black History Month through service and stewardship.

As part of PHCC’s Adopt-A-Road participation, this effort reflects our commitment to community pride, care, and quality of life.

January marked a strong and intentional start to 2026 for the Pine Hills Community Council, defined by leadership, dialogue, and meaningful community engagement. More than 240 residents joined us for the Open House and Oath of Office to welcome the newly sworn PHCC Board of Directors and reaffirm a shared commitment to Pine Hills. That momentum carried forward as President Julien Serrano-O’Neil, ACNP represented PHCC at the annual MLK Leadership Forum, where community leaders explored The Economics of Justice: Why Equity Is Good Business through conversations on equity, policy, and economic opportunity. PHCC was also proud to attend the 40th Annual MLK Commemorative Luncheon, where Council Member and Gold Sponsor Mrs. Zorida Pritipal-Manoo was honored with the MLK Drum Major for Business Award for her leadership and service. Additionally, President Serrano-O’Neil and First Vice President Sandra Fatmi-Hall participated in a Gen Z Forum convened by The Honorable Dick Batchelor and the Breaking Thru team, centering youth voices on mental health, leadership, and purpose. Together, these engagements reflect a January focused on participation, intergenerational collaboration, and setting the pace for a community-driven year ahead.

The Pine Hills Community Council, Inc. is currently issuing 2026 Membership and Sponsorship Renewal Notices. If you have not yet received a renewal email directly from Info@PineHills.info, this notice serves as an official reminder and overview.

Members and partners may renew their membership dues, sponsorship level, or both by selecting the corresponding options below. Sponsorship opportunities for 2026 are available at the Bronze ($250), Silver ($500), and Gold ($1,000) levels and directly support PHCC’s community advocacy, civic engagement, and neighborhood investment efforts.

In addition to renewing your own commitment, we encourage you to invite colleagues, businesses, and neighbors to join or sponsor the Council. Collective participation strengthens our impact and expands our ability to serve Pine Hills effectively.
