Join us to celebrate what the Community Health in Action Coalition has built together this year. Thank you to the residents, partners, organizations, Managed Care Plans, County and City leaders, and elected officials working toward healthy communities, where everyone has the resources to be healthy, a voice in shaping their future, and the ability to stay in their community as it improves.

Toys & Gifts for TEP Families!

Please join CHIA Sac Housing Collaborative in supporting families served by the Targeted Eviction Program (TEP) by helping us collect toys and gifts for the holiday season!

A donation bin will be available at the event for anyone who would like to contribute. If you plan to donate, please bring new toys or gift items in their original, unopened packaging.

Thank you for helping us bring joy to families in our community!
