Dear First name,

We are excited to share with you so much good news!

Two elderly individuals, a man in a white coat and a woman in a cardigan, are featured in the foreground, with a long, dimly lit hallway stretching into the background.

The fellas and I have been busy changing lives one film at a time. We are happy to share with you our latest release of a film called THE PEOPLE WHO STAYED. This is a 25 minute documentary about a free hospital in Samachique, Mexico that cares for the Tarahumara people.

GUATEMALA

In May, my son Hudson and I traveled to Guatemala on a scouting trip for WELLS 4 WELLNESS. We looked for locations to drill clean water wells, did some work projects for the local community, but we also shot a documentary about an amazing organization called SOURCE OF HOPE.

Their mission is to love impoverished communities by serving children with education, nutrition, healthcare, and teaching them about Jesus!

This documentary is currently in post-production and we hope to release it this fall!

Two men walk along a dirt path in a lush, tropical landscape with banana trees and dense foliage in the background.
Two smiling men with cameras in the foreground are taking a selfie in a large room filled with many people, mostly children, in the background.

KENYA

In June, Joey and I had an amazing blessing of being able to shoot a documentary for BE THE NEED in the slums of Nairobi.

For many reasons, mainly poverty, there are hundreds of neglected children wandering the streets of Soweto, Nairobi.

Slade Hunt and his family have made it their lives' mission to love these children by feeding them a large meal once a day, 365 days a year. They have built friendships through meeting their basic need of nutrition, which earns them the trust to share the love of Jesus, setting them on a new trajectory.

A man stirs a large pot of food in the foreground while children in the background gather around.
A man with a backpack stands with a group of smiling children in a narrow, dirt alleyway between rustic buildings.
A smiling man takes a selfie with a group of children in a bustling, colorful background.

UGANDA

On July 13th, my mother (Founder of Wells 4 Wellness) and I are heading to Uganda to check up on five new clean water wells we have recently drilled.

We will learn more about how clean water is changing lives, and learn about a ministry called FIELD OF HOPE. They equip farmers, students, and communities in Uganda with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to build sustainable livelihoods and stronger futures, earning the right to share the Gospel with those who need Jesus.

And, of course, I will be shooting a documentary for Field of Hope, highlighting their passion and mission for the people of Uganda. Also, this will be a great opportunity to start building a new documentary showing the continued and expanded impact of Wells 4 Wellness.

A smiling woman in a green shirt and patterned skirt operates a water pump in the foreground, while children in colorful clothing and a sign for "Field of Hope" are visible in the background.

INDIA

Four women in colorful clothing carry metal pots on their heads in front of a large white water tank.

Wells 4 Wellness has partnered with AASHA, a church planting organization in India. We have recently drilled nine clean water wells in remote villages North of New Delhi, India.

In October, Joey and I are going to check up on these wells and learn more about the life changing mission of Aasha.

We will be capturing the amazing blessing of clean water and shooting a documentary that will highlight the love and service Aasha is giving to the people of India.

WE NEED YOU!

Three smiling men, two holding cameras, pose for a selfie in a vibrant, crowded alleyway with corrugated metal buildings in the background.

Believing in our heart and mission encourages us so much.

THANK YOU.

Sincerely & Godspeed,
