COMING THIS SEPTEMBER - LONDON BEEFEATERS GOLF CLASSIC!

We are excited to announce that this year’s Annual Golf Tournament has moved to September to coincide with our Hall of Fame Game weekend. It’s the ultimate opportunity to reconnect with former teammates, celebrate our history, and support the next generation of athletes. The tournament kicks off with a 1:30PM shotgun start, featuring a prize purse split across three competitive flights and individual skill challenges.

Every registration directly funds our 2026 operational costs—from player safety and medical staff to equipment and travel - ensuring the Beefeaters tradition remains as strong as ever.

Come for the Hall of Fame game on Saturday, then cap off the weekend on the golf course on Sunday and help us keep the "Beefs" legacy growing on and off the field.

To help make this the ultimate weekend experience for our alumni and supporters, we are offering exclusive Hall of Fame Weekend Bundles!

  • Full Golf Registration: Entry for one (or a foursome) in the Annual Golf Tournament

  • HOF Game Ticket: Your admission to the 2026 Hall of Fame Game.

Beefeaters team up with Western University

The London Beefeaters are taking player development to the next level. Through a dynamic partnership with Western University’s Community Engaged Learning (CEL) program, the Beefeaters have officially developed a first-of-its-kind Athlete Wellness Hub, designed to support players both on and off the turf.

GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND

The project saw Western students immerse themselves fully into the Beefeaters' culture. To truly understand the needs of the team, students attended practices and games, interacting directly with players, coaches, and support staff. Their dedication was evident from the start, with the organization noting that the group "gave 150%" to ensure the project’s success.

"They went above and beyond what we thought could be done in such a short period of time. They gained a better understanding of the team’s culture and developed a player survey to learn exactly what our athletes need regarding wellness and sports performance."

EVIDENCE-INFORMED RESOURCES

After surveying the roster, the CEL team compiled data to identify the most critical areas of interest for the players. The result? A comprehensive, evidence-informed digital resource hub. Recognizing that players prefer quick, visual information, the students created:

  • 22 Custom Infographics: Covering specific wellness and performance topics.
  • Curated Multimedia: A library of football-related videos and podcasts.
  • The Wellness App: A centralized platform supporting performance, health, and life beyond football.

A GAME-CHANGER FOR RECRUITING AND THE LEAGUE

The Beefeaters have already rolled out the app to the entire squad during the off-season. Not only will this serve as a vital tool for current players, but it has also become a centerpiece of the team’s recruiting package, showing prospective talent that the Beefeaters invest in the "whole athlete."

Looking Ahead

The Beefeaters are thrilled with the results of this collaboration and are already looking forward to partnering with the CEL program again next year. By bridging the gap between academic research and athletic performance, the London Beefeaters are ensuring their players have the tools they need to succeed long after the final whistle blows.
