2026–2029 Strategic Planning

Your Voice. Our Plan. A Better Pine Hills.

Dear Pine Hills Residents, Members, Partners, and Community Stakeholders,

When I took office as President of the Pine Hills Community Council, I committed to leading an administration grounded in Participation, Accessibility, Collaboration, and Excellence. Central to that commitment was a simple promise: we would listen.

As we plan PHCC’s next chapter, I’m asking you to help us keep that promise.

We invite you to complete our 2026–2029 Member Experience & Strategic Planning Survey. In just 8–10 minutes, you can help us understand what PHCC should keep doing, start doing, and improve, as well as the priorities and bold ideas that should shape our future.

Whether you are a resident, member, community partner, business, organization, or stakeholder, we want to hear from you.

Your feedback will directly inform our 2026–2029 Strategic Plan and help us build a stronger, more responsive, and more effective Pine Hills Community Council.

YOUR VOICE. OUR PLAN.
A BETTER PINE HILLS.

TAKE THE 8–10 MINUTE SURVEY

We have accomplished much together, but our aspiration is greater. We are Setting the PACE for a Better Pine Hills, and the path forward should be shaped by the people we serve.

Thank you for helping us build what comes next.

Together, We Can Make A Difference.

With Gratitude and Purpose,

Julien Serrano-O'Neil, MNM, MPA, ACNP
