Fish Stocking Event- The Friends supported this event with a food truck
I Love My Park Day- The Friends provided water and light snacks and helped with trail and garden clean-up
Park Gardens- Five gardens in the park were maintained by volunteers from March until October
Tennis- Several tournaments were held to support the Har-Tru (green artificial clay) courts, including one to support breast cancer awareness and research
Friends Open House- The community was invited to attend a Friends meeting to learn more about the group
Autumn Candlelight Walk- The Friends provided assistance with set up and tear down, as well as served cider and donuts
Trash Pick Up/Invasive Species Removal Day- Volunteers picked up 10 bags of trash and cut down several invasive species along the Wetland Trail
Holiday Display- The group purchased five (5) live trees to be temporarily planted at the Route 9 park entrance and decorated for the holiday. Community natural ornament making sessions were held to create decorations for the trees and these ornaments, in addition to memorial ornaments, were placed on the trees during a tree lighting and decorating event. The (5) trees will be moved to their permanent park location in May 2026
Appreciation Party- Donors, volunteers, members, and park staff were invited for hors d'oeuvres and punch as a Thanks for their support and service during the year
First Day Hike- The Friends provided snacks and hot chocolate for participants
