Southside Auction and Dinner benefitting WCYC

This year, funds raised by the Dinner and Auction will be donated to the effort to restore the Birds' Nest cabin; any funds not used for this project will be used in restoring the "little kid cabins."

If you have items that you would like to donate* for the auction, they should be at Southside by 5 pm on February 20th. Please contact Kevin Morrill to coordinate drop off or for more information.

*We request that donated items be either new or handcrafted.*

In accordance with the New Bylaws, an update to the WCYC Articles of Incorporation is required.

Resolution:

WHEREAS, Article 11, of the Articles of Incorporation of Wisconsin Christian Youth Camp, Inc. currently states “The corporation will not receive any funds from congregations; and

WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate to eliminate Article 11 from the Articles of Incorporation of Wisconsin Christian Youth Camp, Inc to reflect current practices;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Article 11 of the Articles of Incorporation of Wisconsin Christian Youth is hereby eliminated and repealed in its entirety.

You may attend the meeting in person or via Zoom.
To attend by ZOOM please complete this Google Form by Friday, February 20th.

Must be a paid member to vote, this means you are a lifetime member, or paid membership dues at either the annual meeting (October '25) or at the auction (2/21/26).

As affordable as we try to keep our camp sessions, there are always some campers whose families would appreciate a little relief from the registration fees. To make this possible, we maintain a “camper scholarship” program. These funds are earmarked exclusively for this program.

Bird's Nest Challenge

Amazing news!
The Birds' Nest fundraiser has concluded and donations have surpassed all expectations! More than $30,000 has been raised! Thanks to your generous support, this beloved cabin will be able to accommodate campers and staff for generations to come! We will be sharing pictures once the work begins again this spring.
