You’re invited to attend the Pine Hills Community Council’s May 2026 General Meeting on Tuesday, May 5th from 6:00–7:45 PM at the Orange County Multicultural Center. Doors will open at 5:30 PM.

This meeting will feature an Orange County Mayoral Candidate Forum, providing residents the opportunity to hear directly from confirmed candidates. The evening will also include official Council business and a brief legislative update from State Representative RaShon Young (House District 40).

We are also proud to celebrate a major milestone—50 years as an incorporated organization in the State of Florida and 54 years of service to the Pine Hills community. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for a special acknowledgment from our friends at the West Orange Chamber of Commerce, beginning at 5:45 PM.

This event is free and open to the public. We encourage you to attend, stay informed, and remain engaged in the future of our community.

PHCC Adopt-A-Highway (AAH) Initiative

On April 25, we came together for our Earth Day Community Clean-Up—and Pine Hills showed up.

  • 23+ volunteers
  • 21 bags of trash collected
  • Major debris removed
  • One stronger community

This is what it looks like when neighbors take ownership—Preserving a Clean, Safe & Prosperous Community. Special thanks to Chair Candie Washington for leading coordination with the County, OCSO, and our partners. That level of collaboration is how we continue Setting the PACE for a Better Pine Hills.

We’re grateful to all who stood with us:

  • Orange County Sheriff’s Office – traffic control
  • Orange County Planning, Environmental & Development Services (PEDS) – supplies
  • Orange County Public Works – litter removal
  • Psi Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
  • United Foundation of Central Florida - Future Leaders United Program
