I have been reflecting on why sustainable movement work—especially for disabled and multiply marginalized communities—requires us to unlearn punitive mindsets and rebuild our capacity to navigate conflict with care.  Exploring how our relationships shape the longevity of our organizing, why transformative and restorative justice remain difficult to practice, and how healing in relationship becomes the bridge toward the liberated futures we’re trying to build. Ultimately, this work is an invitation to join a lifelong practice of regenerative conflict, community care, and joyful connection so our movements can thrive not fracture.
