Philippine Culture Night 2026 at UW-Madison

FASO presents Philippine Culture Night 2026. Theme: Sabay Tayo Mangarap. April 12. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Philippine Culture Night (PCN) is the biggest annual event organized by the Filipinx American Student Organization (FASO) at UW-Madison.

This free event will be on April 12, Sunday, 7 p.m. at the Great Hall, Memorial Union (800 Langdon St., Madison).

Through traditional and modern performances, FASO members perform to educate and beautifully illustrate our culture to campus members and the general Madison community.

This year's theme is "Sabay Tayo Mangarap" (Let’s Dream Together), referring to the action of uplifting both shared and individual dreams of our Filipinx community.

It is important now more than ever to support each other in our ambitions and purposes, and our hope is for PCN to embody this intention in our theme and in our performances.

ICYMI (In Case You Missed It):
Philippines at Overture's International Festival

PAMANA and FASO represented the Philippines in this year's International Festival on March 7 at Overture Center.

The Philippine booth displayed Filipino handicrafts and ornaments, as well as an exhibit on how Filipino language and culture have influenced social practices here in the U.S. and around the world.

PAMANA and FASO volunteers handed out personalized postcards to visitors with their names written in baybayin, the ancient Filipino writing system that has since been revived as a symbol of Philippine pre-colonial history and national identity.
