Dear PTON Community,

It has been an amazing first year as a non-profit. We hired our first staff, hosted our first sold-out conference, launched a resource hub, and established multiple work groups.

Now, one of our strategic goals is to increase our board's skill base to support the ongoing growth of our organization.

We are currently seeking professionals to serve on our Board of Directors who are:

• Executive Leaders in trust-owned businesses including business owners who have transitioned their ownership and/or those serving in Executive (C Suite) roles post-transition.
• Funders including grant makers and capital providers who are actively investing in the alternative ownership space.

In addition, we are looking for candidates who bring:

• Additional skills & experience in: Messaging and communications, member acquisition and management, relationships with key partners and influencers in the space, and state and national public policy development.  
• Diverse backgrounds & identities that help us to better understand and serve PTONs stakeholders.
