From Nairobi To You

This June, Willie and I traveled to Nairobi, Kenya to film alongside Be the Need, an organization serving children in the Soweto community. We spent our days at their feeding program, watching children line up for a hot meal that for many is the most reliable one they will get all day, and filming the volunteers who show up to serve it with steady, quiet love.

We came home with hours of footage and a story worth telling. Over the coming months, that story will become a documentary that helps Be the Need reach new supporters and sustain the work they are already doing on the ground.

This is what we do. We show up with cameras so that missionaries and humanitarian workers do not have to choose between doing the work and telling people about it.

None of it happens without you.

Rigt now, we are looking to grow our base of monthly supporters. A recurring gift, even a small one, is what lets us say yes to trips like Nairobi before we know exactly how they will be funded. It is steady ground under work that is often anything but predictable.
