If you are enrolled in a TCY medical plan, you are automatically covered by our Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) at no cost to you. This plan, managed by Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC), is designed to help you recover a significant portion of your deductible costs.
For medical expenses applied to your deductible between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025:
-
You pay the first $300 of deductible costs.
-
Once that threshold is met, the HRA will reimburse you for 80% of your remaining deductible expenses.
-
You must file a formal claim with EBC to receive these funds.
All claims for the 2025 plan year must be filed with EBC no later than March 31, 2026.
If you have questions about the process or need help with the paperwork, Nancy Meylink is available to assist.
