The season of love is here, Springdaliens! The snow is melting and we're gearing up for Spring, at least until second Winter comes back :-)
Thank you to everyone who pitched in for a neighbor in the most recent storm, it was great to see everyone clearing sidewalks for, and with, each other (shout out Quentin for the help!).

Alright, Springdale friends, at our January meeting, neighbors talked and identified our “big four” goals. ::drum roll::
- SASS: Repeat as Eastside Games champions (or 3rd place and up...)
- Start a Neighborhood Alumni Association
- Build out the History of Springdale on the website
- Launch "Jefferson Park"

Thank you to everyone who participated as contestants and judges in the (potentially Annual) Great Springdale Bean Off! We had 11 chilis competing for the Bean, and the competition was spicy this year.

Food Fight is Westminster's largest fundraising event, featuring a “Chopped”-style competition where local high school culinary programs transform pantry staples from Westminster’s Food Pantry into creative dishes.

The Snow Buddies program matches volunteers with a neighbor who is unable to clear snow due to disability or age. In addition to keeping public sidewalks traversable, the focus of this initiative is to create a clear path on the property for postal workers, delivery drivers, health care providers, and emergency service personnel.
