We've had a busy start to our season with multiple workdays already taken place. Thank you to everyone who helped out so far, especially our workspace team- Gene, Joe & Julie- and all those who helped with our move-in day! 

Own fruit trees or hoping to someday? Now is your chance to learn from a local expert! Join us for our Fruit Tree Pruning & Spring Care Workshop this Sunday, March 22 (with a bad weather date of March 29). There are still a few tickets left, so reserve yours today.

All the details about plant selection and distribution can be found in the instructions (linked below), including a link to view the full list of plants available this year. We are doing things a bit differently this season, so please take a moment to read through the instructions.

A few more weeks have been opened on the volunteer sign-up sheet for you to choose from. Thank you for your patience as I confirm time slots and volunteer needs with action team leaders before releasing additional dates. The remaining weeks will be available soon. Also, please remember to save some hours to assist the the plant sale, if you are available. 

Enjoy planning parties? We’re looking for a few people to join an ad hoc committee to help plan our Gratitude Gathering in June. More details about the event will be shared soon, but for now please contact Sarah@growingcollective.org if you’re interested in helping. The time spent with this committee will count toward your volunteer hours.

We’ve been invited to table at the UWSP EcoFair on April 22 from 9:30am–3:00pm. If you’re interested in helping represent the Growing Collective, please contact Sarah@growingcollective.org. Time spent at the event will count toward your volunteer hours.
