"Paint Your Pet" Night at the Hub Pub

January 10, 2026

Upcoming Events

Boston's Forgotten Felines will have a table at the Shop Your Heart Out Market at Fellowship Hall, Newton, MA. We will have a number of our handmade cat toys, jewelry, blankets and BFF beanies. Also hoping to spread awareness about what we do and the cats we care for!

Grey was rescued by a good Samaritan after he ran out of a dumpster that was recently delivered to her Quincy home from Chelsea for a construction job.

He is very shy, but often comes out when people he is familiar with walk in the room - though doesn’t like to be approached quickly. He likes to be pet, can be picked up (to be moved, not held standing up - though he’ll sit next to people, and occasionally on a lap). He is food motivated, loves cat nip and is very interested in feather toys - though not ones that make noise. He would prefer to be your one & only.

Grey is approximately 9 years old, neutered, negative for FeLV and FIV and up-to-date on his vaccinations.

BFF Alumni - Terrence

Wilson (aka Lincoln, adopted 2024)

“We adopted Wilson (formerly Lincoln) back in August 2024. When he was rescued by BFF from a feeding station, he was found to be extremely sick and FIV +. The vet record basically states they don’t know how he pulled through, and they basically just threw everything they could at him and hoped for the best — I always say it’s because he knew he was supposed to come home to us one day.

We weren’t sure how Wilson was with other cats, but we had a feeling he was lonely and would do well with a friend. We took in a kitten in May, and they have been bonded since day 1! He loves his brother more than anything, they play and snuggle all day everyday.
Wilson should be a reminder to all that FIV is not a death sentence! Cats can live long healthy lives with it, AND live with other FIV- cats if done properly!

Thank you BFF for bringing me the sweetest and most humble cat I’ve ever met!" - Chloe
