Parking Lot Safety Reminder

We’ve recently received several reports of cars moving too fast on campus, especially in the main office driveway. With so many students, parents, and staff walking through these areas during drop-off and pickup, we’re asking every driver to help keep our campus safe.

Please drive no more than 5 mph anywhere on campus.

A few reminders:

  • Stay alert and watch for children, who can be hard to see between parked cars.
  • Put phones away while driving through the lots.
  • Follow staff directions and posted signs in the drop-off and pickup lines.
  • Be patient. A few extra seconds can prevent an accident.

Read HERE for parking lot safety stats and helpful tips from the National Safety Council.

Thank you for helping us keep every student safe. We appreciate your cooperation!

Lyttle Fox therapists will be coming to the Academy to offer initial speech and occupational therapy screenings, which is the first step in the process of getting your child evaluated for potential need of these services.

Read attached letters for more information on what therapists are screening for.

Therapies are offered directly through Lyttle Fox; you will complete all documentation and payments through their processes.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

FACTS Financial Parent Login Support & Late Fees

We have received notice that some parents are experiencing an "Error" message when trying to log into their FACTS Financial account. Our FACTS Representative recommends using a different web browser as well as clearing cache and cookies on your device to see if that remedies the issue. Safari has also been reported to have some difficulty with the FACTS system. In addition, some families have had success logging in through the Academy App.

If you experience an issue after attempting the above recommendations, call the FACTS Parent Support Line at 866-441-4637. They are very friendly and available to help you trouble shoot your login issue as well as take payments over the phone if needed.

Lastly, please be aware of due dates for your scheduled payment plan as well as incidental invoices for sports or clubs. Late fees are issued on the 1st of each month. If a payment is received after the due date a late fee of $25 will still be issued. You will also receive a late fee for unpaid late fees so do check your FACTS Financial Account regularly.

Check your payment schedule by logging into your FACTS Financial account, select "View Details" to access the Activity Details page and review the Schedule tab.

Mosyle Removal on Student iPads

As the Academy is no longer using iPads on campus, there's no longer any reason for your family's iPad to stay enrolled in our school device management system (Mosyle). You are welcome and encouraged to remove the school profile and take full ownership of the device.

We will be removing the profiles from Mosyle on Nov. 6th, which will have an effect on the students iPad, so please read through the steps provided in your email from "Academy Tech." Thank you so much for your patience as we make this transition. If you have any questions reach out to tech@academyforgod.org.
