We had a great first quarter at The Academy! Here are some highlights that we're proud to share with you. Thank you for partnering with us to provide quality Christian education to our students.

Parent Volunteers Highlight

Thank you to Academy Parents, Veronica Thames and Jason Teska, for blessing our students with your gifts and testimony!

Last week, Ms. Thames shared with our students about her time as a missionary kid in Indonesia. She testified how as a kid, her parents felt called to Indonesia and she thought she just had to go with them but realized when she was there God had called her there for a specific purpose as well. Her encouragement was you may not like where you are at in the moment but God has you there for a reason and wants to use you. Thank you for this story of faith!

Mr. Teska is also a blessing to our 9th grade band students. Mr. Teska comes every week to teach our students how to continue developing with their instrument and how to play together as a band. His service does not go unnoticed, and we are so grateful for his time and investment into our students' development in the arts.

A man in a patterned shirt holds a guitar in the foreground while a young woman in a blue shirt watches from the background.
A woman speaks into a microphone on a stage in the background, while an audience of people sits in chairs in the foreground.

Their therapists sometimes come to schools to work with clients at the school, saving parents a drive to the clinic. Lyttle Fox therapists will be coming to the Academy to offer initial speech and occupational therapy screenings, which is the first step in the process of getting your child evaluated for potential need of these services.

Initial Screening only at this time; if therapist recommends your child get therapy, screening fee applies to full evaluation

$35 in check form made payable to Lyttle Fox

Read attached letters for more information on what therapists are screening for.

Therapies are offered directly through Lyttle Fox; you will complete all documentation and payments through their processes.

WHAT TO DO NEXT:

Read attached letters from Lyttle Fox -- One is for Speech, one for Occupational Therapy
