That is what the protect charity status petition we sent you on Friday is already near! Thank you to each and every one of you who took a moment to sign.

YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE, AND WE ARE HEARING IT!

And...another great update....

Some of you took the extra step to email. We are already getting responses from Liberal MPs saying that they do NOT intend to put revocation of charity status for faith groups in the budget, that is GOOD NEWS and a sign that advocacy like this absolutely works!!! Give yourself a hi-5!

This is also a big deal because UP UNTIL NOW they have not given a straight answer to opposition MPs.

What do we do now?

The action steps are the same, simply shift the tone from "asking them" to "thanking them" for not putting revocation of charity status for faith groups it in the budget (especially if your MP is Liberal).

Until we actually see the budget, we need to keep our voices engaged.

When you do, an email will immediately be sent to the Prime Minister, Leader of the Opposition (Pierre Poilievre) and other relevant MPs.

3 - Please share this information and our videos hit the "like" emoji, and comment so that this gets into other people's feeds. Better yet, text it to your friends.
