SEPTEMBER 2026
FIRST LOOK

Dark green pine trees in the foreground are silhouetted against a vast blue sky filled with scattered, fluffy white and gray clouds.

As the seasons begin to shift and crisp mornings settle into Alta Sierra, we’re reminded of what makes this neighborhood so special: the beauty of our surroundings and the warmth of our community. Although fall is in the air, the burn ban remains in effect - please continue to avoid burn piles until Cal Fire issues the green light. On the other hand, now is a good time to have your chimney swept and stock up on firewood for the colder months ahead. Here’s to a cozy, safe, and neighborly autumn season.

NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS

New Safety Project
Lights for Mailbox Clusters

A row of illuminated metal mailboxes stands in the foreground against a backdrop of trees and a colorful twilight sky.

Our latest ASNA public safety project is the installation of solar lights at each USPS mailbox cluster throughout Alta Sierra. Yes, we have approval for this project!

As with all of our programs and projects, funding comes directly from resident and business memberships, community events, and generous donations from neighbors like you. Did you know that all donations are tax-deductible!

You can support the project by donating funds through the button below - in that link is also an option to mail a check, if that is your preferred method of payment.

Thank you for helping us continue to make Alta Sierra a safer, stronger, and more connected place to live—and for helping preserve the wonderful quality of life we enjoy here in our beautiful rural foothills.
