The wait is almost over! We are excited to welcome 40+ confirmed candidates, 20+ community organizations, sponsors, vendors, and residents for Central Florida’s premier civic engagement event.

10:00 AM – Candidate, vendor, and sponsor setup begins

4:00 PM – All tables must be fully set up

4:30 PM – Doors open

5:00 - 5:15 PM – Welcome and Straw Poll opens

7:30 PM – Straw Poll voting concludes

7:45 PM – Results announced

Candidate, Vendor & Sponsor Notes

Candidates: You may set up beginning at 10:00 AM and return later. All campaign tables must be fully set by 4:00 PM.

Vendors & Sponsors: Setup begins at 10:00 AM. Displays must be fully set by 4:00 PM.

Candidate Policy: Only confirmed candidates who completed registration by the deadline may have a table, distribute materials, or actively campaign during the event.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available. Follow event signage and staff directions.

Attire

Business casual is recommended. Candidates may wear campaign attire.

Photography & Media

Photography and video will occur. Attendance acknowledges that your likeness may appear in PHCC communications, media coverage, and future promotional materials.

About The Pine Hills Community Council

Founded in 1972, the Pine Hills Community Council (PHCC) is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit civic organization dedicated to preserving a clean, safe, and prosperous community. Serving as the voice of more than 85,000 residents, PHCC advances advocacy, civic engagement, community partnerships, and neighborhood initiatives throughout Pine Hills and Greater Orlando. PHCC has helped generate more than $30.53 million in community impact, and awarded more than $15,000 in scholarships through the endowed Tulie L. Phillips Scholarship at Valencia College. Guided by Participation, Accessibility, Collaboration, and Excellence (P.A.C.E.), PHCC is committed to Setting the PACE for a Better Pine Hills.
